Our scope may include unit renovations, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, flooring and finishes, common-area improvements, exterior improvements, building repairs, and upgrades to existing building systems, depending on the project’s requirements. MID coordinates subcontractors, materials, scheduling, site activities, inspections, and other construction-related tasks to keep the project organized and moving forward.
For occupied or phased multifamily properties, MID can coordinate construction sequencing and site activities around the approved project requirements. We work with owners, developers, architects, engineers, property managers, and other project stakeholders to address construction needs and maintain clear communication throughout the project.
